Adriana first encountered the EC in 2021 as an Echo Apprentice at the University of Notre Dame’s McGrath Institute for Church Life. Through this Graduate Service Program, she earned a Master’s degree in Theology while gaining invaluable experience in diocesan ministry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from the same institution and has worked as a graphic designer for major Catholic organizations nationwide. Most Reverend Bernard A. Hebda was born in 1959 in Pittsburgh, PA. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, followed by a juris doctor degree from the Columbia University School of Law in 1983. He was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1983 and worked in Pittsburgh as an associate in the law firm of Reed, Smith, Shaw and McClay.
In 1984, he enrolled at St. Paul Seminary in Pittsburgh and pursued the required studies in philosophy at Duquesne University before being sent to the North American College in Rome in 1985 where he completed his theological studies and earned his S.T.B. from the Pontifical Gregorian University in 1988. Bishop Hebda was ordained in 1989.
He was named fourth bishop of the Diocese of Gaylord in Michigan in 2009. In 2013, Bishop Hebda was named Coadjutor Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Newark. In 2016, he was installed as the Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. As Archbishop, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Saint Paul’s Outreach
or Evangelization & Stewardship at a Florida parish. As an Associate Content Creator, she creates and edits resources that Ministry Consultants and partnered ministries use to cultivate a culture of missionary discipleship. Adriana lives in Sanford, Florida.
